Cafe Americana is the brainchild of Moose Benhamacht & Liesl "Li" Best who wanted to bring their love of food and beverage from around the world to the community.
Our F&B Philosophy
Hand Crafted. Owner – Moose Benhamacht brings together flavors and specialties blended in global traditions with a distinctly exotic flare. Co-owner Liesl Best believes that every guest interaction should be steeped in authenticity. Mixologist Greg Genias curates craft cocktails to perfection and gives familiar cocktails an elevated twist.

We see our customers as a part of our group of friends. Sip on a cocktail in the cozy Sugar Cane Room, sit at the expansive bar to watch the chefs cook in an open kitchen, or nestle into a table along the wall with church pews as seats as rhythmic music soothes your soul.
